Alexander Boyne
Alexander is a visionary leader with a proven track record of driving business growth and innovation. His leadership style is characterised by a commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, believing in the strength of a motivated and empowered team. Alexander started his leadership journey when he joined the British Army as a rifleman aged 19, on a fast track to becoming an officer. He left the Army in 2018 and moved into the private security sector, travelling the world leading teams in multiple countries, working with various businesses and governments. COVID limited this work and so Alexander started a landscaping and construction company based in the UK, focusing in sustainable development, which still runs today. During this time Alexander qualified as a therapist, specialising in talking therapies and addiction issues. In 2023 Alexander resumed travelling, taking management roles in the hospitality, tourism, charity and security sectors. Discovering his passion for helping people, he formulated the ideas that became Boyne and Co. with his driving motivation being to provide assistance and guidance to anyone in need, regardless of the issues or situation.
Annette
Annette took her first degree in Theology with English and rapidly discovered that there wasn’t a career path for low level Theologians. She worked for a short time in Telephone Sales before taking a second degree in Information Technology. That led to work in HR Systems which in turn led to building a portfolio of HR skills in recruiting, training, employee relations and payroll. Working in payroll led to a change in career to Financial Systems covering cost centre control, ledgers and budgeting. From there it was a short step to Project Management including implementing new payroll and benefit systems. Since 2021, Annette has worked for local government and in the charity sector which has enabled her to add research and helpline skills to her portfolio.
Abhishek Sharma
Abhishek brings 16+ years of production engineering experience to Boyne & Co., where he leads all technology decisions. He builds and maintains the platforms that power the organisation — from the client-facing website and CMS infrastructure to internal tooling and automation. His approach is practical: understand the problem, ship the simplest solution that works, and iterate. Before joining Boyne & Co., he spent over a decade delivering software across startups and enterprises, working with inherited codebases, rescuing stalled projects, and building systems from scratch. He also runs Fordel Studios (fordelstudios.com), an AI native development consultancy.
