Ana is currently a master's student in Engineering and Knowledge Management and graduated in Business Administration, both from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC) in Brazil. Currently a researcher on Intellectual Capital, she provides innovation consultancy, leading entrepreneurial education projects on trending themes including business, marketing strategy, strategic planning, idea validation, opportunity identification, and business management. Her expertise focuses on early-stage startups, innovative projects, and small businesses, with previous experience with large businesses and multinationals. She uses agile methodologies and co-creation, volunteering with Startup Weekend and Global Shapers Floripa as Head of Communication, a World Economic Forum initiative increasing youth representation in local transformation.
